Frequently Asked Questions

Appointments are available Thursday through Sunday from 7:00am to 7:00pm. We can assist you in scheduling an appointment 7 days a week via text or email. 

We always guarantee our labor, as well as any equipment we provide. Although we do offer installation for equipment provided by our customers, we cannot guarantee equipment we do not provide. 

We have supplies for TV mounting and wire management on hand and can provide these materials for a fee. Many of our clients prefer to purchase materials themselves. We are happy to install equipment provided by our customers, assuming they are in good working condition. For security cameras we partner with and provide Lorex Systems. Again, we are happy to install other camera systems, but are unable to provide software support or warranties for other systems.  We do not sell or supply lighting fixtures or ceiling fans. 

 Georgia counties: Cobb , Paulding, City of Atlanta, Gwinnett, Douglas, Fulton, Dekalb, Forsyth, and Bartow. 

We do not charge for estimates inside our coverage area. For certain jobs, such as TV mounts or light fixture installations, we may be able to provide a free general estimate via phone, text or email. Please understand this is only a general estimate. We cannot issue a quote unless we are on site. The more information you can provide about your project and pictures will help ensure an appropriate estimate.   

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. 

Hangman services supports our military, veterans, and first responders. With valid ID, we are happy to offer 10% off labor cost.
